KAVIN KI dropped off after hours so no one was present to work with me. Followed the app guide to return the U-Haul, but didn't know how to do that until I called the 1-800 number for information. This information should have been provided upon rental or with the person that was with me at pickup.
Megan VYou can start by not lying on your website about a low-cost moving fee. When calculating what it would cost to move on your website, the total cost to rent a truck for 4-5 hours to drive less than 20 miles and a dolly came to 27 USD, but when I went to get the truck, it JUMPED to over $80! Pushed insurance on me I didn't need or want, and didn't have ANY boxes available. The location near where I lived HAD the truck I wanted but your website FORCED me to take a location that was five miles out of my way FOR NO REASON!
William Lthe only problem was the location I went to had the tow dolly but the guy inside said they did not have said tow dolly. he said that it was a vehicle transport that was damaged. but there was a tow dolly outside. so I went to another location but the tow dolly I was assigned was not there. The asttendent changed the unit that I got.. Returned to Wichita Kansas was told my deposit was returned to my card. I still have not received that yet please notify.

Chandler KWalked in asking if I could drop a trailer off, man took one look at my paperwork, walked outside and asked if I could put the trailer "here". I did so and he said I was done and could go. A very pleasant person to work with.
Glen KWhen we arrived at our destination -- 900 miles later --- we were told by the receiving Uhaul staff it was a miracle our car did not fly off the trailer as it wasn't fully secured in all the manners it was supposed to be.
