CORY LThe price quote that's given online should not change once your at the counter. If the gas gauge is on the line before full and returned at that exact same amount don't quote ratios when returning when it's returned at that same spot to charge the customer an additional gas fee. Online states a price for a day but upon pick up that price is literally not for that day there is an additional charge per staff employee. Online quote $72,41 at the store $ 84,41 card charged $97,71 plus an additional $13.30. online rates are the reason a customer even shows up but upon arrival your forced to accept due to placing the reservation and options at that point are limited.

THOMAS AThese folks gave me a total price of $139.and then charged me an additional $52 bucks for reasons unbeknownst to me once the truck was returned. After talking me into switching my original intentions of using the truck for a one way trip they stated they would ensure I was discounted for bringing the truck back to the original location. When in actuality they up charged me. The ole bait and switch tactic when I could have done business with the folks right up the street that I have previously dealt with in the past with no issues.

curtis lVery uninformative, and untruthful said to sign the contract for a two-day rental not to worry even though I needed it for a day everything would be credited back. Still has not been paid back and avoiding phone calls.
ERIC BI would advise a standardized overview and walkthrough of the truck operational procedures. This will ensure that every customer has a good understanding of how to fill up the gas tank, what gas to use, where the cruise control is, where the parking break is, etc.

LIHI HMJ LLC did not have the vehicle that I was looking for. However, they worked with me to get a vehicle that would do the job. They were efficient and had me on the road quickly. However, there is more to my story. This was the second truck that we rented that day. I made the mistake of renting a 10-foot truck to move a refrigerator. Picking up the vehicle at the first location was not easy. I tried to pick it up before the location opened using the app. The app was not easy to use, and I couldn't figure out how to get the keys to the vehicle. I called U-Haul and after about 20 minutes they called back. The owner of the pickup location showed up and rather than helping me suggested that I wait for U-Haul to call me back. I did and the woman who helped me was very pleasant, but it took her about 25 minutes to guide me through the app and get the keys. There were many steps and the app kicked me out repeatedly after each of my entries. She watched it happen and said that the app was not working properly. We finally got the job done and I got home 30 minutes after the movers showed up to help us load. When I got the truck home, it became apparent that I had the wrong vehicle. I called the U-Haul pick up location immediately and he informed me that he did not have another truck that I would use and having driven the truck off of the lot that I was responsible for the cost of the entire day. I called U-Haul to complain and was informed that someone would call within 48-hours to address my complaint. When I returned the truck, the gentleman did not speak to me as he slowly did the paperwork, but he did give me a full refund. I thanked him.
