Truck was dusty and it had over 100 000 miles on it. It made me nervous to drive the truck from Texas to California but thankfully we had no issues. Guy who helped us was very nice

ALFREDO PI delivered the truck after hours, so I didn't do inside the store and I didn't interact with anyone, but the web page doesn't let me select "not applicable"

Eleazar MI did everything on the U-Haul app and everything was pretty easy and fast. And picking up the truck was even faster. Did even spend 10 minutes inside. And the man behind the counter was kind and had great service.

Julio QI originally ordered my uhaul at White's Lumber in Port Isabel. I signed up for a 5X8 trailer. I was told that since I didn't have a hitch, I could purchase one there. On the 8th, we went there and were told no, they don't sell hitches and it didn't matter anyway because the had no trailers. We eventually went to Los Fresnos and got a truck. We had signed up for $83, but had to pay $300 for the truck. The people in Los Fresnos were very nice, but the White's Lumber should not be able to rent U-Hauls.

Jose PTruck body was clean. Bird shit on the windshield and cargo area had not been swept out. Cabin floor dusty. I left it cleaner when I dropped it off because they'd probably charge me for the last customer's mess.
Ruben BTruck did have someone shirt and I had rented a 26 foot truck but all the was available was the smaller one. I had made this reservation weeks in advance and when they called to confirm everything was set but didn't get the truck that we had ordered so it took us more trips the. Desired.

M HI would recommend they get a local provider. I was charged an additional $34 because nothing was available locally and I went to the next town to rent. Had I realized I would have waited and rented locally.

David NWe delivered the truck after hours so we did not come in contact with any representatives during drop off. Easy to drop off and leave key in drop box. Responded next day about mileage and final bill. Good experience.
javier sPickup was at 9 am didn't get the truck tell around 12 and she had double booked the truck . The windshield wipers where completely shredded and the truck was very dirty plus she ran my card 3 times since there was a glitch in the System and I got charged all three times yes the money was returned but not right away so if I had needed the money I wouldn't of had it . The only good thing about the Los Fresnos pickup was that the area manager did call and try to make this right.
