I was charged for two days. I picked up my rental at 3pm on Friday and returned it at 10:30 on Saturday. I don't understand why U-Haul charged me for two days when I only had the trailer for less than 24 hours. Everything else went well.
DANIEL MNot specific to this location, but the Uhaul experience in general. Pickup was initially "guaranteed" at a location in the town I was moving from. On the day of pickup, the pickup location was closed although the truck I had reserved was at the location. After calling UHaul, we were rescheduled to a second pickup location an hour away, which was also closed upon arrival. Although we were able to get the vehicle after calling the regional office, we were put two hours behind schedule, which wouldn't have occurred if we would have been able to get the vehicle at the first location. Overall, very poor logistics on the part of Uhaul. Would not recommend.

Gary BThey were great. We wanted to rent a storage unit and weren't sure at first because of the inside storage and toting everything down the hall. She reserved one for us and it was good that she did because we decided to use it. Very friendly and knowledgeable high five to both the morning shift and afternoon shift. I'm sorry I don't remember their names. They were very kind.
NATHAN AI was promised a military discount by the manager; I'm a disabled veteran, that's why I use U-Haul. She said this will be completed at the return of the rental. I was told the costs would be $58 ended up being $124.00. With no discounts and she says she doesn't know how to adjust the bill she will have a U-Haul manager looking into this. Nothing yet. I will not recommend this location. Désolé
