I THINK IT WAS EASY AND ENJOYABLE RENTAL
Giacomo PThe equipment was clean. The windows needed to be cleaned, as they were very dirty. The seats were dirty. The truck ran very well and handled just fine. The sales reps on Mill Plain Road were very friendly. I would use them again; I would just ask them to do a better job cleaning the windows and the interior. The price was very good.

Michael YInitial requested location was moved to this location the day before scheduled pick up due to availability, which was fine but the scheduled pick up time was for 8am. Either Uhaul did not confirm this time or the owner of the establishment did not care. He did not rock up to open the building until 9am. We had to wait for an hour to pick up the truck. Then the person at the counter was rude and extremely condescending because he did not believe a woman could drive a 26 foot truck. I would never recommend this location to anyone.

LISA PA little hard to figure pout where to park, but staff was super helpful and friendly.
Carl AAttendant said they would park the truck. Was not able to provide a receipt at time of drop off. Said would email receipt. Then was charged for two extra gallons of gas. We filled up the truck at his service station to the original pick up Phil level. When called to explain charges, was dismissed, and said call again tomorrow because he was packing up and closing for the night, even though we were speaking to him.
James PI waited for 40 minutes after my scheduled pick up time for the keys to the truck to be available. Once ready, the truck was near low on gas. I was only traveling a short distance so did not fill it up before returning, as it should not have been rented out without sufficient gas in the tank. I was then charged $90 for fuel, fuel service, and "oil and tire repairs." Terrible service and a complete rip off.

Michael KHaving access to more vehicles at this location would be helpful, it right near my house and use the vans for work trips, easy to refuel at drop off because it is also a gas station, the people are really friendly and helpful

FRANK LThe vehicle.. I had a blow out on the left front tire in Massachusetts. I stopped by the U-Haul in woscheter ma. With 12psi.. they told me to move it around back I told them not best idea.. they tried to fill the tire.. but stopped at about 30psi.. I asked for help inside.. they basically said not our problem. And said call assistance number.. and maybe three hours they come.. I was distraught.. but the place next door. Fixed the tire.. when I returned the van.. I told the mill plain location what happened.. they were very kind . And said they will address all issues and were very kind.. I will always rent from mill plain.. I asked them to look into the ntires and brakes.. and they asked the maintenance guy onsite from U-Haul..

John CThe attentat ray Klinger.. or Klingon.. at the location was awesome.. the vehicle was clean. But the van.. started having issues.. with tire pressure.. first left rear . Then both fronts.. all dropped from 65 or 70ish down . To 50 or bellow . During my trip.. the location was very helpful and I will always be back there. Original I needed van.. then client cancelled.. and then I retook same van after 4 miles . They were great.. at location. And I got same van.. but.. the tire issue.. I understand was not Thier issue.. and when I left everything was fine.. and when I returned.. I used them for fuel and explained and took pictures.. they allowed me to keep my car there under a camera.. I'm very happy with the location

Pascal SThis location was great. However we started on Newtown Road at another location and went through the mobile checkout which was a pain in itself to have no key in the lockbox. No key in the lockbox. We rent a truck every weekend for the high school marching band and we're on a time limit. We had to have a truck to get the instruments to the competition or they couldn't compete. The 800 number was great and found a truck at this Mill Plain location and they were wonderful. Had it pulled around ready for us so we could make it to the competition on time.

Leslie Sthe Van was very clean and almost brand new. the problem was that some prior renter did something and it had a repulsive oder and infested with flies. Maybe a dead body was transported in it.. if not for one day rental i would have changed trucks.
chris oto return a vehicle after hours, you are instructed to drop the keys in the orange return box, however the key fob is too big to fit through the slot in the orange metal box. the slot in the box needs to be enlarged
MICHAEL REven thought I did everything online I still had to have a in person pick up for keys. Was suppose to be a contactless arrangement, especially with Covid still upon us
