KELVIN GNothing! These guys are really nice and friendly. And they went out of the way to come and help me. When I left and felt there was something wrong with the truck I had. They brought me a new truck within 15 minutes. I highly recommend this establishment! The only place I go now, I've used them 3xs within a year and a half.

Tonya OPlace only had one two trailers both in bad shape. Only one staff had to wait 20 mins for someone to help me. Tire was old on trailer it blew while I was driving. Not happy

JASON LThe truck was not at the location I had reserved. I had to drive to another location. The price online was not the price I paid. I should have been offered a discount for having to go to a further location since I had to pay per mile.

LAVETA BNo problem with rental with location. I guess it's a little annoying to be charged for 2 days of rental and the ac does not work in truck. I guess I don't get credit for extra gas either but uhaul has no problem adding on extra fees whenever.

David WThe gentleman was very efficient, friendly, and quickly got me going on my way. I would recommend this location due to the person who worked there!! However, the building had a very strong odor--perhaps gas--and I thought an explosion might be eminent--no kidding. I had quite an experience with U-Haul. The truck was great, and so were all the people--very kind and helpful.

WILLIAM PI really like this Uhaul location. The employees are friendly and accommodating to my needs. I am currently experiencing debilitating pain, but the staff worked with me during my move by allowing me to extend the lease until I was done. Great guys.

Dwayne HStop the bait and switch with customers. Your tactics ended up costing me an extra 25 dollars because your rep wouldn't even look at a closer store. When I went by the one I tried to reserve a truck at, they had what I needed on the lot. Fraud if you ask me.

Mark MMaybe get him a little more trained staff that are proficient in technology and using your computer system. But other than that it was great working with the old fellow!
