Every time we've rented a U-Haul with Nicholson Tire, they've been helpful and knowledgeable. This time around was no different, super helpful when we needed to extend the rental, even with some technical difficulties.

CHAD CUhaul truck had a check engine light on, they instructed me it was fine to drive. I did end up having minor issues with the truck but was able to return it on time and I informed the drop off location the truck needed service before renting out again.

Philip SNot the location I selected. When I picked up no one available at location to rent trailer. agent at shop had to call someone to do the rental. 1st trailer I was given was not on the lot, had to get another trailer. When rental was completed-they never asked for any type of ID-I asked for a copy-said they could not give me a copy. When I got home and looked at the e-mailed contract it showed I was charged for safe move which I did not select. Called to have that corrected-$30 was refunded to my account but not the sales tax-after 2 e-mails and 2 phone calls still have not seen a refund for the sales tax. If I had been given a contract at the renting location this would have been avoided. Parking lot at rental location is horrible-dirt lot with pot holes
Lawrence BI said yes to return site being personnel and helpful. Yes they were personnel, but not sure about helpful. I got a call about 5 hours after returning the truck asking if I still had it. They wanted to know when I was going to return it. Like I said that call came 5 hours after I returned it.

HOLLY NThe first place I was supposed to drop off the trailer was fenced in and no one was there nor did they answer the phone. When called it went to phone mail and no one returned the call. I then called your number and was on hold for at least 40 min. When we got to talk to some one they put us on hold , for at least another 10 min. Finally some got on the phone and gave us another place to drop off the trailer which was closer to our address and very convenient.
Dave CWhen I checked out my original pick up spot they informed me they were not open on Sunday and were very rude. When I changed my pick up spot U-Haul had the dates all wrong and I know I didn't change anything on the dates. The fella, Austin, at Nicholson Tire in Mineral Bluff GA was very helpful and made the corrections and had me dropping off the trailer in Warrenton VA., which was much closer for me. When he printed the document it still had me dropping it off it still reflected 10700 Wakeman CT. Manassas. The trailer worked out great and I got everything I needed to my family member but when I went to drop it off at Wakeman Ct. the individual was extremely rude, wouldn't not accept the trailer and tried to give me directions to another U-Haul yard. I informed him of what a gentlemen he was and left. Found another U-Haul yard/office in Manassas and they were very helpful excepting and completing the paperwork for me to close out this debacle. I'll not try and use U-Haul again due to the satellite companies that really don't care about their U-Haul connection. I can't believe a company as big as U-Haul would allow this to happen. Unfortunate and I'm done.

Marc OI received an OLD 26 ft truck without air conditioning for me to cross the country, including the desert! It had no ability to plug in my gps etc, and had 191k miles. The steering was so sloppy that I had to switch or rock from side to side constantly in order to follow a straight line! NEVER again! I would have bought a better truck for less!

Jessica Cflat tire when I pick the trailer up, customer service representative hung up on me because she could not find my address and I asked for a supervisor. After calling back the next person was able to send me a text to show my GPS location... why didn't the first person do that instead of arguing with me and then hanging up on me?
ashley cNicholson Tire / Uhaul dealer are great people. Austin takes care of the Uhaul. Very helpful, polite and courteous. They have a big lot for parking and maneuvering around. Austin gets you in and out in a timely manor so you can go about your day.
