Easy drop off but note that address in U-Haul system is incorrect, it is not the Midas Muffler location at Irving and Medinah, it's Irving and Rohlwing which is about a mile East. I only discovered when I called ahead thinking the drop off was closed all weekend (per the app). Luckily they explained the address and were open on Saturday so easy drop off, but had I not called, I would've been trying to drop off at the wrong location on a Saturday.
BRIAN YReservation pick up time was 7:00 am. This was booked almost a month in advance. No representative showed up until 7:25 am and there were a couple of people waiting so did not get truck until 7:35 am. Was very tight as we had the moving crew waiting at our house for our 8:00 am appointment.

Tranisha OWhen reserving truck it gives you option for equipment such as dolly, furniture mats and so on. Well it gives you the option but the pick up place DOES NOT honor the equipment. Was charged for a dozen new furniture mats, I got four old ones. I requested a dolly and got nothing.
NICOLAS TI had ordered a utility dolly, they never had one, blankets were left thrown in the back of the truck, guy at the counter was nice enough, probably wouldn’t rent from there again.
Gareth AI was the only one in the store and it took the girl behind the counter over 5 minutes to acknowledge me. Then I said was dropping off, she went back to her computer and started working. Took another 5 plus minutes before she ask for my name. I was told to drop the trailer with the other ones. She pointed. Handed me the agreement i gave her then went back to her computer. There was no one there to help me lift the trailer off the hitch. After struggling to get the trailer off the hitch by my self. I left.

Donald KReceived the truck on less then 1/4 tank with rapper and stuff in cup holders. Dropped off and returned the vehical with more then 1/4 tank and they charged me for it aswell. Had to dispute charge due to poor communication and lack of customer services provided at that location.

David LI was charged for 100 extra miles the dealer says I have to deal with u haul directly next time I just use home depot you know your dealer is inflating mileage. And times on trucks poor documentation
ROBERT IThe rep seemed to be by himself and asked me to unhook and park the trailer out back. He seemed to record my issues but did not offer and solution or discount.
PHILIP GTRUCK WAS BURRIED IN LOT, HAD TO BACK OUT BETWEEN 3 OTHER TRUCKS ON EACH SIDE, AVOIDING MIRRORS, SLOW AND CONCERNING. OTHER THAN THAT, I HAVE USED THIS LOCATION OVER 10 TIMES IN THE LAST 4 YEARS, LIKE THEIR OPERATION

JEFFREY PThe truck wasn't moving smoothly on a free way as if it needs alignment or having unbalanced wheels. But the truck was very ok apart from this little observation I noticed above. I will use the location again and again....the guy i met was super friendly.
JOSEPH UReserved an appliance dolly, none available when I arrived. Truck had a 1/4 tank of gas. Had to find another rental place for the dolly and had to get fuel. This added an hour to my workday. Not the way to do business.
roger fIt's fine but they clearly didn't check this truck back in. There was garbage in the cab and stuff still in the back of the truck. They had the fuel off, i had to stop back in to make sure they marked it so i didn't get charged for it. Considering how prepared she was for that complaint it makes me wonder if they were trying to stick me with that. I said one sentence and she's like, no problem. Truck worked but otherwise pretty terrible location.

Mary LI was disappointed with your policy limiting the capacity of trailers at a certain location, this resulted in me have to drive 45 minutes one way to drop off the trailer when there was a location about 5 minutes away from our destination.
David JIt was really difficult to get out of the space where it was parked. Maybe have the bigger trucks parked so u dont have to back out.
AMANDA HVery friendly and easy to rent from. I find it very odd that there were about 15 trucks outside available to rent but no dolly's. I had to go to home depot to rent dolly's from them.
JESSE MFirst, I was charged $8 for dropping off at a place that wasn't on my contract. Second, I felt that I was interrupting a woman's life! No one helped unhook the trailer; I was told to leave it at the end of the row of trailers. The place felt unfriendly to me.

TERESA PTo start with the truck was filthy inside and out, i had reserved moving blankets which they were out of. The drivers door was bent and barley closed correctly and had horrendous air noise while driving at highway speeds. The front suspension felt like it was going to come off and the steering was a hand full trying to drive the truck. The front tires were extremely out of balance and shook violently. the back was full of dirt and the cab smelled of paint fumes. This is no exaggeration of what i rented and reflects poorly on the company and their vehicles.

The truck itself was in working order but I will not return to this location and am iffy about Uhaul in general after this

ZHEQI ZRunning lights did not operate. Break and turning signals operated. When I reported this I was advised they were repaired. Rented this trailer twice and they still were not operating. Also over charged on rental. # 99719640 and # 98627588. Went to rental location and they agreed and advised me of a refund for one day. Charged for three days for two day rental. In closing, non operational lights are very dangerous and knowing they are not repaired is liable. Look forward to your response. Thanks Rick

ARIANNE SKeep the reservation at the location originally reserved! Do not change pickup locations the day before scheduled pickup! It is VERY inconvenient!!!
AMI MWe haver returned more gas then when picking up but they have still charged us for 2 gallons over $12 It was 183 to empty when picking up and we have returned 186 to empty. I have pictures, thank you.
