The truck I rented had over 100 000 miles. There were newer trucks on the lot, but this is what I got. The attendant drove the truck from another area of the lot - the low tire pressure sensor signal was on when I took the truck. Eighty miles into our trip that tire went flat and we had to call roadside assistance and get a new tire. The gas cap sensor was temperamental; it would trigger at times and we would have to turn the truck off to get it to stop. Finally the suspension system in the truck is shot. The truck is not road worthy, and needs to be retired. We have three more apartment moves this summer and will not be renting from uhaul.

Quaineta PWhen I returned to my house with the trailer I saw a nail in one tire. Both tires had no tread on them. The inside smelled like a bbq and had grease all over the bottom. It ruined a few of our suitcases and coolers. The only positive thing was that the roadside assistance came out and switched the tires out within two hours.
dan wThe parking lot had one spot left that was extremely tight to fit the truck in. We returned after business hours so couldn’t ask if there was a better place to park.

ANSAR MThere was nothing wrong with the actual location. My issue is with Uhaul and the pick up process. It took 40 minutes to pick up our vehicle with the app. Took forever to get customer service to help us. I will be making a point the rest of my life to avoid Uhaul and to steer as many people away from your company as possible. I've had too many negative experiences and I am done.
