Dropped off after hours so did not expect personnel, did online drop-off. Found drop box easily. Found parking space for truck easily.

When i walked into the office, the representative was flossing her teeth, never looked up, then fiddled with her phone to put on country music, then finally asked who I was. She needs training. When I drove home, loaded my motorcycle into the trailer, then checked the tires. One tire was a radial, the other not a radial. One took 65 psi, the other 50 psi. One tire was bald and deteriorating. I called road service and they sent service to the house at 730pm to change the bald tire out and to match the other tire. Very poor judgement on u-hauls part. I drove 650 miles in rain the next day. If would have been extremely dangerous to have made that trip with the tire on it. Talk about liability. U-hauls lack of responsibility could have landed a major lawsuit if I had had an accident with that bald deteriorating tire. As it is I'm sure u-haul lost money on my rental after they were billed by the service man. Not the way to run a business.

You can stop screwing with the location a customer picks and be responsible enough to get the truck order to the correct spot. This is twice a location has been changed last minute causing issues and loss in pay. Very poor customer service for a customer who has used you several times this year alone.

A bit daunting in terms of narrow driveway approach on a Sunday morning but the young woman who came out to assist me was iincredibly helpful and gracious and made my day.

We had a phenomenal interaction with Miss Sabrina. Kind and professional at the same time.! I definitely will use this Uhaul location again! The truck was an older truck, it was clean. The engine lite came on twice but everything was okay!! Sabrina really helped us out!

There was basically no where to park the Uhaul. Not enough space. App was glitching when it was asking me to post checkout photos. Would've preferred in person staff.

I dropped off the vehicle early Sunday afternoon and no-one working. The location is behind other businesses on a very narrow road with U-Haul vehicles lining the already crowed street on the back side of a "sketchy" trailer park. I parked in an opening with very little room to maneuver to turn the truck around. There were at least 4 other U-haul locations but this one was the only one the on line rental app gave me the option to drop off at, so I was not happy I needed to drive so far out of my way. Not to mentioned the Google driving app couldn't find the street "North Ave".

Uhaul itself was very confusing and frustrating because I was sent to another location whwre I couldn't get in my lock to get the keys. Then I was sent back to the original place that I was surpose to be and the woman there was amazing very sweet and such a great help

this was a VERY difficult place to return a trailer!!! If we did not have experience backing up a trailer into difficult spots there is NO WAY we could have returned to this location. The parking area is very narrow, small and on a hill with lots of opticals and other trucks & trailers. Just glad we did not have to return at night or alone or in bad weather - it would have been virtually impossible. We did not see an attendant at this location.

I've rented U-Haul equipment from this vendor several times over the years and I've always had a great experience with them. Excellent customer service. If you can get all your vendors to operate at the same level as these guys, I have no doubt that would lead to a positive increase to the bottom line! In the future, if I have a need for U-Haul then I'm definitely going to acquire those needs from this particular vendor. Merci encore!

When I first arrived I was concerned as the site was very crowded and in a sketchy looking neighborhood, but the staff were exceptionally nice and very helpful. Van was clean and ran well. Uhaul online did not have accurate info about remote pic up though.

Somehow my online app-placed reservation did not send a confirmation notice to the Rental Pickup Location. The result was I placed a call to the Location phone and they promptly arrived to process my reservation. Better corporate internal communications may be necessary to address this. Otherwise, Keith at OHanlon's did an outstanding job!

More space for returning the vehicle after hours. Was not sure exactly where I could leave it as the lot was full. Also, the app was not clear as to whether photos had uploaded or not when returning. And when I used it to get the vehicle it would not advance so I had to go inside--which was fine--but kind of defeated the purpose of setting up the app.

We requested a van, but was told that the van we had reserved was rented out and that they would switch us to a truck. We did realize that we were going to be charged for the different vehicle. The truck was in terrible condition. The driver side sun visor was missing, the driver seat had a large hole, the passenger seat was extremely worn, the passenger side window had a crack in it, not to mention the damage the was outside of the vehicle. There were several dents and scratches. The lot was extremely crowded with several vehicles. It was extremely difficult to get the truck out of the space. Maneuvering the truck in such tight space required great effort. This is our second time renting a vehicle, to travel to the same location and same distance; however, the cost for rental was double what was paid during the first rental. Needless to say, I will not be recommending this rental location and will be looking for other companies for rental arrangements.

Very poor service. When I took back the equipment the clerk was on her computer and would not check the truck in rather she said I will do it later, I am taking my online class now. On her shift. When I could not find the center and called for directions she said "use your phone and hung up. I Will Never Use this U-haul dealership again and I am telling everyone I can, Do Not Use!

This location was very helpful, especially after the location I booked on the U-Haul website turned out to be closed and out of business. Perhaps a review of your locations would be good.

This could be a difficult location to drop off after hours without having an extra person as a spotter because space to maneuver is extremely limited, but in business hours, the staff folks were the best - helpful, knowledgeable, friendly and kind. Would not hesitate to choose this location again.

No improvements. Exceptional, friendly and very helpful during our rental process. Very accommodating when we had to extend our reservation twice due to having smaller truck and much more to move than we thought. A special thank you to Jen, Max and Sabrina for relieving alot of stress. Highly recommend to family and friends. Merci encore.

Getting in and out was a bit of an experience (the road was extremely narrow and the signage for the office was about as small as the office itself) but the truck worked well and our associate was extremely friendly, welcoming, and helpful.

The parking at this location is extremely tight. The risk of damaging a truck that you are not familiar with is high. There is also very little space for your personal vehicle. Nearby lots are off-limits and will tow your vehicle.

Staff Works overtime anytime to make certain that your experience is a good one. The units are clean and maintenance is always ongoing.
