This site gave me a bigger truck than I had requested and after taking the truck they gave me it resulted in a surcharge.

At least clean the windshield. The inside of the truck was clean and ready to go. I was pulled over due to no tail lights. There should be a procedure for checking such things prior to the truck being rented out.

UHaul guy was awesome. He answered all of my questions.

I did not speak to anyone as it was a self drop off. I think U-Haul dropped the ball also as they did not put my drop off location as scheduled upon pick up and then scheduled me one that caused me to go over in mileage. I was unable to complete the drop off without paying for it, even though there was an option to select no and provide a response. If I would not have paid I would have likely been charged a lot more for keeping the truck until someone could fix the issue.

Your employee was 25 minutes late, said he had a flat tire but he wasn’t sweating, hands and clothes were clean.
