CARSTEN PThe U-Haul site allowed me to order the pick up for 7:00 am even though the location does not open until 8:30 am. A person from the location called the day before to advise me of the open time. I ordered a 15' truck, 1 utility dolly, 2 furniture dollys, and 24 pads. The employee charged my card with exactly what I ordered and handed me the keys, although she said she didn't know what truck the keys were for. I asked the employee about the items I had ordered and was told they didn't have any furniture dollys and only 15 pads. She said she would adjust the invoice. I hauled the one dolly and 15 pads to search for the correct truck. After finding the truck, loading the items, and looking over the truck, I went back in to get an update on the revised invoice/refund. When I walked in, the same employee greeted me as if she never saw me before. I reminded her about the need to adjust my order and refund. She had not done anything to fix the issue, then made an attempt before telling me it would not allow her to fix it. She then tells me I would need to call the regional manager to remedy the issue. Overall, poor experience.
TODD JHopefully you will not be moving while it's raining! We did and the truck had multiple leaks in the roof causing all of our things to get wet. When I mentioned this to the worker at the time of return they said they will have someone look at it. No apology or compensation was given.
ALLIYAHLYNN JI requested moving blankets and a utility dolly. When I picked up the truck, they didn't have either.
David NPick up was quick and easy. The entire facility is clean and well maintained. Our U-Haul truck was ready and waiting for us. Everything I asked for was onboard. It can and cargo area were very clean.
