THOMAS JI went to get my reservation and it was not there. The associate was very polite and offered another option. He said he was going to wave the after hours fee. When the reservation was made there was nothing that's said about an after hours fee. I also returned the truck 35 minutes earlier than originally requested time for. So now I received my receipt and I am charged $20 for holding the reservation. 37 for the use and another 20 for returning after hours after I was told because of not having the equipment requested I would not be charged. So I going to wait to see how you will be fixing this thank you so much.

SHAWN HFor U-Haul in general, if a reservation is made at a specific location don't switch it to another location that is several towns away the day before pick-up. Don't allow the reservation to be made in the first place if the equipment is not or not going to be there. Mine was switched from a location 2 miles away to one that 15 miles further away.

JUDH GThe truck had a roach infestation that I only noticed right before returning the truck. I now have one roach that I found in my new apartment and I managed to kill the eggs left. I'm extremely upset that I may now have a roach problem in a brand new apartment.

SERGIO VThe entire vehicle was dirty including the seats and cup holders. The vehicle would violently jerk forward while driving making it feel as if I was hit from the rear-end. The vehicle was not maintained well. I was not at all happy with this rental.

WILBUR ANext time it would be great if my reservation was honored and I didn't need to drive an hour away to pick up my reservation. The person who helped me was great your system sucks. I was supposed to pick up 2 miles from my house when I reserved the trailer.

marcia lI wasn't expecting no air conditioner on the uhaul truck and it was very hot outside that day . I should've been aware of that prior to receiving the truck. My driver didn't know until he already pulled off and we were behind time so that's why I didn't return back to location to swap out. I feel my bill should be adjusted for this matter and their wasn't no hand trucks available

Bertrand LWhen picking up the truck rental the associate didn't mention anything about being charged an extra $20 for not closing the transaction in the app for an after hours drop off. Had i known, I would've just done it in the app. I would like the $20 refunded.
