JAMES Tusing the app to pickup the car was confusing. It will still take me to charges even though I already booked a day before. Picking truck keys from the box was confusing, the key lock was hard to open and I thought that the code wasnt working. I was charged on the fuel even though I driven not too far. This was my 2nd experience dealing with ridiculous fuel charge. I would not recommend uhaul to my friends.

KENNETH RThey need a new barcode on the drop box. It was either faded by the sun or scratched off. Just a minor inconvenience for me, but I could see some people losing patience and walking away.

BRIAN VThe young lady that assisted me with the trailer at this location was wonderful. She tried to help get some money off my bill because I returned the trailer in less than 24 hours. However when she contacted U-Haul the person she spoke to said they couldn't reduce my bill because I rented the trailer for 4 days to go to Michigan when I rented the trailer to go to IU in Bloomington, In. U-Haul told me I had to rent the trailer for a minimum 4 days. If they rented the trailer to me with the understanding I was going to Bloomington I wouldn't have over paid.

Beth WThe truck I rented had a flat tire and very little gas in it. Dashboard even gave a Low Tire warning. Exchanged it for the only truck available, which was the next size up. Was also told I would be charged the same price, but in the end, I was charged the higher price for the bigger truck.
Dennis CI had no internet access at the drop off location. I could not go through the check in process, and had to wait an additional day for them to complete the check in. I spent time with customer service explaining the issue.

Kim POkay so picking up this truck by myself was a bit of an escape room situation. The number I'm looking for to find the truck is on the top, the prompt made it seem like I was looking for a number on the bottom of truck. The lock was hard to open, perhaps because of the cold.

SHARON GPhone service is horrible. I was at work and got a message from uhaul to call 219-322-2905 for our vehicle pick up location. I called the number and was on hold for 1 hour 15 minutes. During my call, the location was texted to me. Either add more people to answer the phone or just send the pick up location via text or email. 75 minutes is ridiculous. If I wasn't able to wait on hold that long then what would have happened? Would my needed rental have gone to someone else??? It happened on Wednesday for Thursday pick up. Please make the service better, much better

Jim RBecause my reservation was made 5 days from the date I needed and because I needed the vehicle for 5 days my reservation kept getting cancelled, Maria was very helpful and accommodating to make sure we were able to get the truck we needed when we needed. Will definitely do business with this location again.
