Bridgette HYour technology is potentially very good but still buggy. I got very frustrated at return because submitting photos kept giving me a random error. Called U-Haul and they said looked perfect from their side. Don't remember details now but another event early on where U-Haul's system did not match what I was seeing on my phone, causing a problem.

BART MClean? Yes. However, I think the front suspension needs work.

ROBERT CThere was no salesperson on site to help. I had to go through numerous phone calls to figure out how to get the keys to the truck I rented. This caused me to loose an hour of my time. Then when I dropped it off I had to do there job for them and take pictures of the truck and send them through my phone. Not my job! I will never rent from this place again!

THERESA LThe turn in location was changed with NO notice or update. I tried to check in via the web at the site on the reservation. At that point, it gave me a new location and address - about 10 miles away. Once at the new location, check-in went smoothly.

robert rRented a uhaul through Guntersville Self Storage and called to let them know we would be late picking the van up. The woman who answered the phone was VERY rude and said what are you talking about we have not had a van all week. She called the area manager who said they sent me a text letting me know where to pick one up at yet I never ever recieved a text about new location.
