SHARON AThe facility is very confusing, finally found the 1 U-Haul truck on property, parked in back of strip shopping area, not very safe.
Judy CThe physical aspect of obtaining my vehicle, and the customer service with the representative were phenomenal. My problem, however, is that I had elected to pay for movers to assist me. A week before my pick up date, I received an email stating that U-Haul no longer does business with the company I selected and that I was going to have to be responsible for logging back into my account to cancel, those movers. I did so, but the reimbursement process and the charge for the actual vehicle were very wonky. To the point where I was charged almost twice as much as I should've been, and my reimbursement was a little more than half of what I should've gotten back. because of this, my bank account went all over the place and had me panicking for a few days. Luckily it all eventually sorted itself out. However, think this could've been settled in a much easier and less stressful way.

Sharon ATruck was not in good condition, didn't have the items I had reserved and requested to move. Employee seemed high or just too sleepy to be helpful. Drop box for key is in the alley way behind the business and is sketchy as hell. Will not be using this location again.
