Fast, efficient and reliable location. We work out of Kingston but rent 1-2 per year from Parker St Belleville because they go above and beyond to honour their reservations (even on the busiest days).

This is my 2nd time using this location, and it was a great experience both times.

UHal as a whole was a terrible experience, this location was closed but we found so much dirt and gunk on one item after loading (it was closer to the front so my fault I guess)

The original vehicle request was for a 20-ft truck then we downgraded to a 10-ft truck. On the day of our pickup, it was a 15-ft truck. I needed a 10-ft, not a 15-ft truck thus drove a bigger vehicle across Canada using more fuel.

We tried to rent a truck from your Madoc Location even though it said it was open. There was a sign on the door telling us to call. We did call. Sat there for a while figured someone would call us or show up. Someone in a truck showed we thought it was the person operating the location. He got back in his truck and drove off. We tried a couple of different locations close by. No one answered. So we went to the Belleville location. The people there were amazing. A few hours later we received a call from the Madoc location and that guy was rude cursing and swearing at us because we had pounded on the door. We did not even knock on the door just made a call. First of all if you were there why did you not answer the phone? Or answer the door when the other person was pounding on it. Next time I need a truck I will not be wasting my time and going to Madoc and will go straight to Belleville Parker Street location

My contract was altered by head office (?) as I was provided a larger truck than requested. This caused a few issues & time on pick up. The staff were very friendly and helpful

I have dealt with the staff at this location many times. I have always found them polite, courteous, knowledgeable and very professional. I can't say enough about how wonderfully the staff treats their customers! Highly recommend this location in Belleville!!!

Staff at the pickup location (Parker St) were great to deal with. We had some troubles with the trailer but Uhaul helped us out and made it a non-issue, great service.

Total rip off didn't save any money cleaning the truck said I went over km which is hard to believe considering I had already paid km ill never ever use uhaul again
