I booked the Uhaul from 1761 Pembina Hwy more than a week before the rental date. I wanted to pick up the truck from there. But I had to pick it up 15 km away from 618 Main st. Also I needed the truck for the whole day. I never said I will return it @ 3:00 pm. I used the truck for 1 day but I was charged for 2 days. Don't overbook. It doesn't make sense to book it 8 days before and you don't get the truck when you need it. Really inconvenient.

No concerns great job. It was my first time at using this service… staff really help me a lot…way to go.

The location is not safe overall. The truck is not in good condition, had the engine light on and the transmission was very jerky. It was also not cleaned, it smelled really bad. Luckily I didn't had to go far or needed the vehicle for long distance. I don't think I'll be renting U-Haul again at this point. Other renter like The Home Depot are a lot better as the cost is roughly the same

I'm shocked, not only that when I took the car, there was less fuel than indicated in the documents, I drove 6 km, there is a photo, but for some reason it wrote to me that I drove 21 km and when I gave the car back, the person to whom I gave the car did not say a word to me about the fine, I asked him how much I needed to fill up, I drove only 6 km, 2-3 l? He said ok, nothing is needed...

I hope they can provide a detailed instructions on how things works - like what gas to use, and basic things on how the process of renting works.

Incomprehensible additional charges: truck rental and insurance $50 plus $20 for kilometers, but they charged me $135

there was frozen poop in the back when I got it home and looked in the back to load it

The location was not safe at all. A person can't go there alone. You shall add this to disclaimer. A lot of people were on drugs in that area and even inside this store where I had to go through pickup, Also when you book the Uhaul it asks you how much would you drive in kms and then charge you with Miles.

This location was in a very poor part of town and was a very unpleasant experience for feeling unsafe. I chose this because there was a 24 hour return. Bad bad bad. I cannot imagine anyone going there to pick up.

There was no utility dolly available. I requested one, I paid for one, and never received one to use. I Would like my $7 back.

Truck was not equipment with a ramp, blankets, or a dolly. None were offered in store. Clerk entered travel in as Miles when it was given in Km which drastically increases the amount of the rental. Still waiting to see if a refund is available.

There was a bit of garbage in the cab, but otherwise it was fine. Folks were friendly and helpful.

some signage on the store would be good. if there was no uhaul vehicle parked in back of building we would not have found it

The location is in one of the worst areas in Wpg. But the people working there were fantastic. The gentleman that checked me in was really really great. Just not a good location for people to go to.

The back door cables were tangled (but the door was working) when I picked up the vehicle, which was noted by the location representative. It got jammed after loading my stuff, so couldn't close the door. Wasted a considerable time trying to fix this on my own and got late to return the vehicle, however U-Haul was considerate enough to not charge me late return fee, so thank you. Also, I ordered furniture dolly's in my order which was not available at the pick up location so had to go to another location to pick up the dolly's. Better if everything in an order is available at the time of pick up. All in all though it was inconvenient, I got my job done so a happy customer.
