CDL driver here, place was too small for uhauls to be parking.

Comments-I didn't like the truck's brake and accelerator pedals. They felt offset to the left, and there were a few times the engine revved up when braking because I would hit both pedals at the same time. Maybe it was my big feet. lol They're too close to one another. Climbing into the cab was also a challenge. Good thing it had a pull bar to do pullups on. The brakes also were making grinding sounds when stopping; you might want to look into that. The 15-footer was perfect. One and a half fills and we were done. I would rent from again.

This was the most miserable moving experience ever. Read my file and expect my law suit.

Phone communication with customers if the location is planning to be closed when customer arrives. I tried for three days to contact location by phone, no answer. I even left a message. No return call. Thank goodness an emergency number was on the door.

Nice looking building and landscaping. Thanks for having a truck that I could rent on July 4th parked outside a any kind of gated/locked area.

I was charged an extra 72,05 for fuel when I returned it with more fuel than when I picked it up.. this is not acceptable!!

Hard to find, more or bigger signage would help. Great staff, very pleasant and accommodating.
