I rented a box truck on April 10 from this Tacoma location. Nicole G walked me through the whole process. I needed to pick up my vehicle before the store opened, so Nicole went completely out of her way to work with me the morning of the pick up, by phone, and walk me through the whole process. my rental needs were somewhat unique and required me to even call Nicole after I dropped off the vehicle. Her customer service was through the roof. I am so impressed with the way U-Haul treated me, and for no reason, they even gave me a discount on the vehicle. I'm just really impressed with The whole rental process that I had with Nicole, and U-Haul!!❤️
