Attendant’s customer service was great!
CESAR VThe vehicle had a headlight out. I was stopped by law enforcement for it. Also the right rear tire was low on air & I had to air it up about 6 times

SARAH WThe location was not the original location I signed up for. Also I ordered moving blankets and they were not available. I had to go pick them up at a different store. It was unorganized. The sales people at this particular location were friendly. It was not the store that I fault but Uhaul itself for not being prepared.

Timothy SI had several issues using the uhual app and even the uhaul website going through the process of picking up and dropping off the truck. Would look into updating the 24/7 service.

Kyle EWas almost charged for returning the truck rental late although it was turned in a day early. I understood that the business was having technical issues, but he could have contacted another location or his regional office to send them the information and have them close out my account. I finally received a call from what I assume was the local/regional office, asking me when I'd be returning the truck, and they were able to contact the drop-off location, verify that it had been returned, and close out the account.

Jorge CThe vehicle could use a wash. The windows and back up camera were hard to see through in the evening sun which is slightly dangerous. Overall excellent experience. It's a nice vehicle and was perfect for what I needed. Merci!
Tim LI showed up to pick up my truck. I asked for a dolly and a truck that had the part that pulled out to pull things on with the dolly that was missing so I had to literally carry my washing machine and dryer up the U-Haul myself now my back hurts then I bought a sprite and it was expired dated August 22 of 2022
