Had to wait 30 minutes for someone to arrive. Got accused of not returning the truck but it was there the entire time. Got charged extra for mileage.

CLINT BFirst time I have had to unhook the trailer I brought in. And I have a very bad back , I will let you know if I have a problem with it. My wife of 75 had to try and help unhook it. She did not even inspect and acted like she did not have time to deal with us , she showed us where to put it then she left the premises,
JERRY SProvide better directions to the After Hours Key Dropoff box. The rating of helpful personnel should have N/A as an option for after hours drop offs.
