My trailer was ready to go when I arrived. I was in and out in under 10 minutes. Returning the trailer after hours was easy as parking it in the same location I picked up at and leaving. All paperwork was emailed to me. Very easy rental. I will use again when needed.

ROBERT HThere was a small amount of debris in the back of the van, leftover from the prior user(?). (No big deal-- it took like 30 seconds to sweep out. But that was a first-- U-Haul trucks are always spotless!). Anyway- no biggee. We ALWAYS use U-Haul for our (not often) truck and-or trailer rental needs, and will continue. This is a GREAT location! Very handy and visible. And the young man who helped us was very efficient and polite. We will go right back to there next time!
MARK JRented 2 trailers from here in a weeks time. First one had loose tires and I had to actually stop at Aberdeen Les Schwab and have the tires torqued back on because the tires had a horrible wobble even with an empty trailer. Every lug nut was loose on each of the four tires on the trailer. The second trailer was supposed to be dropped off in Stanwood WA same as the one I rented the week previously and some how got switched to be delivered back to Quick Lube in Aberdeen which was not specified or agreed upon by me. When I called Quick Lube about the issue he said he would call me right back. After about 30 minutes I called again and was given a run around answer of "I don't know yet I'll call you back later because I haven't heard back yet and I have 10 people in line for an oil change right now."
SAMUEL FMatt was very courteous and helpful. I put no for well maintained only because the issues were mentioned to me before hand and the vehicle is scheduled for repair after our usage. Easy access for picking up/returning U-haul. Will definitely recommend Quality Quick Lube.

I called the 800 U-Haul number, they weren't able to get a hold of anyone that could help me in a timely manner. When you are in the middle of a move, you don't have time to waste.

Victoria HScheduled pick up in Shelton. Got a call before that I would be driving to Aberdeen to pick it up about 1 hour away. No discount or fuel provided so I had to pay out of pocket for time and fuel to drive there with someone else and drive back to Shelton. Upon arriving, the total was much higher than I agreed to originally. The gentleman noticed I was being charged for the drive from Aberdeen to Shelton and he was able to drop that off. Still, frustrating that I had to drive an extra two hours to get the U-Haul and wasn't provided a discount.

david kThe location of pick up and drop off went out of their way to help. They are amazing over there. I can't say that for the whole experience. Renting in line was easy, but truck wasn't returned by previous renter on time so I had to reschedule. On the second day I was supposed to pick up, I got a call from UHaul saying my rental wasn't available (yet again) so I ended up renting a smaller truck and making yet another reservation for two days later for the larger truck with the ramp. When I went to pick up the smaller truck as scheduled, the original truck WAS there and available, so once again, plans changed. In the end, I was able to get the truck I needed, however, it was chaos and the whole experience was miserable. Again though, the team at Quality Quick Lube and Tube are WONDERFUL, and great to work with. I send big thanks to them and appreciate how hard they work to make things right.

Kelly DThe employee charged me almost $100 more than what I had agreed on with my reservation. When I returned the truck and caught the difference he directed me to call the manager. I told him to hold off the charge while on phone with manager . While on phone with manager going over charges he came out of office very aggressively and ordered me off the property and followed me to my car as I was immediately leaving and attempted to assault me. The young lady with me was frightened. I am seeking legal advice and am considering legal action !

LINDA TI had to change my plans of a 26ft truck after I had reserved one a week before when it was canceled by U-Haul. I was forced to rent a 15ft. and could not finish the load.

carolyn jVehicle transmission needs servicing. Difficult to shift into and keep in gear. Front end needs alignment. Steering wheel shakes at moderate highway speeds. Returned vehicle with fuel filled to level indicated on the contract. Was charged for two gallons.

Josh SNot sure if it's Uhaul policy, but I wasn't given a final receipt nor after inspection form or offered walkthrough with them. I explained the issues I had and was directed to Uhaul customer service. Very little care with check in/ check out process for pickup and drop off locations.
Nicholas RThis location was great. Every other aspect of my rental was a nightmare. I'll post a review on the rest of it later. I booked my reservation at a different location the night before and got a confirmation email. When I went to pick up the truck the cashier said she didn't handle trucks and the person who did wasn't there. Then she said there was no reservation in the system. After she finally found it, she called the guy in charge of rentals. He first said something about charging me $20 for a utility dolly. I told him I'd already paid $10 for an appliance dolly. Then he said they didn't have any. The only dolly they had was the one they used in the store, he got obnoxious and wouldn't even say how long it would take him to get there so I could get my truck. After I got frustrated and left, they checked it out as if I'd picked it up. I called 800 UHAUL, and they said this location had the truck and dolly for me so I went there. They didn't have any dollies either and hadn't in months. They took the dolly off my contract and sent me on my way with the truck
