Personnel were not familiar with all possible return locations or how to locate them. Directed me to a return location that was one hour plus from my final destination when there is a retailer 10 minutes away.

Although the office closed early (without notification) there was a gentlemen there who hooked me up with the uhaul trailer and he hooked the trailer on my car. Next time inform a person about closing early, cause I left at 2:30am and I could not wait until the next day. It was not even Christmas Eve. and I had to drive over 1 700 miles
