This is the best U Haul experience I've ever had. I'm 71 years old and the people working there were the best. Even the office area was very clean.. Very professional and respectful and checked out the trailer completely and did their job in good time.. I will tell all my friends and family where to rent U Haul Anne Waters 5 stars to this location

luis lWhen I was walking away to leave the location after drop off I was chased down the street by the property owner's dogs and was bitten. The property owner called his dogs but they did not heel. One followed me more than a block after I was bitten.

ROBERT FEverything went really smoothly with Alex for picking up and dropping off my 24hr rental. I was there a little bit early, but he was able to clean the truck and get everything completed for pick up. I was planning to do it over my phone but the internet/cell service in the area isn't great, but it was very easy to pop in and change plans to walk through the check out process on his end. Super easy return as well. If I need to rent a truck in the same part of Houston I would use this location again.

LARRY HI didn't like how Alex worked with me. He added insurance onto my bill when I never asked for it. I will not recommend this location to anyone. Alex needs to be penalized. I even called and talked to him on the phone. I tried to talk to him but he was talking over me and proceeded to hang up in my face. 0/5

LARRY HPLEASE READ EVERY WORD CAREFULLY: Since this was the first time I move all alone, I rented a 15ft box car truck for 24 hours and ALEX at UHAUL called and texted me every 2 HOURS asking me when was I going to return truck because other people need to rent it. I told him what? I rented it at 10:20am for 24 hours! So I'm returning it tomorrow at 10:20am. Alex said just because you paid for 24 hours doesn't mean you're renting it for 24 hours. Everybody that comes here pays for 24 hours but only use it for 2 hours, 4 hours or 6 hours. NOBODY ACTUALLY KEEPS IT FOR 24 HOURS. I said well I'm still moving and have not finished moving yet and I have no idea how long it will take to move everything. Then I paid for 2 more days (48 hours) AND ALEX CALLED AND TEXTED ME EVERY 2 HOURS FOR 3 DAYS ASKING WHEN WAS I GOING TO RETURN TRUCK BECAUSE OTHER PPL NEED TO RENT IT. ALEX STRESSED ME SO MUCH EVERY SINGLE DAY!!!!! I WILL NEVER EVER RENT A UHAUL TRUCK EVER AGAIN!!!! AND ALSO IN FRONT OF ALEX I TOOK PICTURE OF MILEAGE ON TRUCK BEFORE LEAVING UHAUL LOT WHICH WAS 9 103,8 miles AND 2 HOURS LATER I FOUND CONTRACT ON TRUCK FLOOR AND IT HAD A DIFFERENT MILEAGE ON IT FOR WHICH I IMMEDIATELY CALLED UHAUL AND LEFT A VOICEMAIL MESSAGE SAYING ALL THIS. AND NO ONE CALLED ME BACK & UPON RETURNING TRUCK I SHOWED ALEX PICTURE I TOOK AND THE MILEAGE ON MY CONTRACT. AND ALEX SAID: WELL YOU SHOULD HAVE CHECKED TRUCK MILEAGE BEFORE DRIVING IT OFF LOT. ITS TOO LATE NOW.
