Not a great neighborhood. I selected the Fairfield Avenue location for this reason and convenience. I confirmed that my truck would be there. However, when I got to Fairfield Avenue, I was told my truck was at Reservoir Ave, way across town. I received no prior notification of the change. Additionally, the furniture pads I had ordered were unavailable at Reservoir. Incredibly shoddy customer service and performance?!

RICHARD LThe vehicle that I received was filthy and wreaked of cigarette smoke. When I returned the vehicle and complained, I was still charged a $25 cleaning fee.

TONY RI didn't realize this location would be closed when we dropped off and the gate was closed. So I had to park the truck in the street and use a drop box. I'm so happy that even though they were closed, the man answered and said it would be fine to park in the street. I just made me nervous.
Judith GWhen returning vehicle, instead of just saying I'll email your receipt", while sitting & spending time with friends, he owner needs to get up, walk out to the vehicle (parked on an angle because his street is on an angle), check the gas level & the back of the truck (which I swept), & tell the customer, "I'm charging you $25 for the grit still on the floor of the back of the truck, and $15 for gas because you're below the 3/4 mark." Then, Id have swept again, and taken truck down the street to put another two gallons in it and nothing would have happened. Very poor customer service. Just get off your butt and do your checks.

EDDIER LInterior was dirty. Rear right tire had a dash alert that it needed air. Had to stop and get air. Guy should be more attentive and personable. I returned the truck and stood at the counter for a few minutes until I finally went into the garage to get his attention. He just took the key and said he'd email the receipt.
Tom SI would definitely recommend Reborn Auto Body for any UHaul rental. Very professional and the truck was very clean and well maintained. Very easy for pick up and drop off.

Alejandro CThe truck was dirty the sun visor was broken kept falling down the driver side outside mirror was broken overall not a good experience I would not run from there again and then I look at my bill he charged me for cleaning the truck which I cleaned the truck you charged me for extra fuel which I overfilled more than what was there for the beginning charged my bill way way too high I'm very very upset

Kyra MEverything went well from pickup to drop-off. Only thing that I wasn't told about was a 5 gallon gas charge even though I returned truck after only 16 miles.
