michael jThis was not the drop off site we requested, although the email stated it was the agreed upon drop off. There was little room to park this 26 ft truck, although we had reserved a 15 foot truck that was never available to us. We had an incredibly difficult time connecting to the UHaul app and completing the drop off requirements. Took an extraordinary amount of time. Calls to UHaul for assistance only resulted in transferring our call and call being dropped.

Justin MThe location I was given to drop off the equipment in Saturday in Tifton, GA was CLOSED for the weekend, and I needed live, in-person assistance as there was a problem with the trailer (the rear door swung up and open under force, causing the latch to recede behind the upper frame resulting in not being able to close the door when I had to drop it off. To say I am extremely disappointed and unsatisfied is an understatement. Next time I most likely will exhaust all other options before I do a one way with U-Haul again.
