You cannot do anything to improve this center because it is the worst I have seen in my life. There was no signs that we are at the correct location. It took us 40 minutes to find the key for the truck. I am really angry with my experience, and I will never recommend it to anyone else. It is a shame for a successful company like U-haul to use these locations for their customers.

The hooks on the trailer chains are very narrow. Had a lot of difficulty getting them through the hitch rings. Need to be a little bit wider to go over the receiver rings.

Edna GThe building out front look like it needed to be condemned. No sign with the hours or days of operation. I ended up going around back and found another building and they had "open Monday thru Friday" on the door. Aa guy walked out of the building and I said sir, sir and he would not even respond and finally he looked at me and I asked do you work here and he said no am d went back inside. What an absolute joke. Ended up calling UHaul and went thru dropping it off with them. The app wasn't working initially and two of the pictures would not go though.
JONATHAN BI returned a 6 x 12 Enclosed because the height was too low for my intended project. Asked the lady clerk if over th3 phone repeatedly if they even have 6 x 12, open trailer with no ramp. She assured me they have one. First thing I did was look around the parking lot for its available, there was none. When I got inside I asked her again if she had one, she insistently said yes. And proceed to process my rental. Lol and behold, she then said 6 x 12 open trailer with no ramp existed in the system but no physically at that location. This is customer service at it WORST. This lady doesn't need to represent U-Hall at all in the very least.
JERRY OLocation was closed when I went to pickup my reserved trailer at the specified time. Called location and was told I could do the online checkin, hook up my own trailer and drive off. UHAUL would call me later. Hooked up own trailer after going down the road to autozone to buy a lights adapter. Never got the furniture dolly that I needed and reserved since they were closed.

Jorge MOwner was NOT Friendly I called to let him know what time pick up he said he decided to close early so if I didn't pick it up within the hour I couldn't have it. His quote I don't have to rent to anyone if I don't want to! Wouldn't use this location again
Lecia QThe drop off location was a little confusing as it is more of a compound than a UHaul store. Notwithstanding the personnel were very nice and drop off was very easy.
