BROY GI got the wrong trailer, somehow things got messed up and the item I needed picked up didn't fit. I had to drive back, return the trailer, the office guys said they were there until 6pm but we're gone at 430pm. Now I am having a difficult time getting a hold of someone about a refund.
MARK SIt took a little while to get the lock box open. But once that was sorted out, the rest of the process was super easy. Truck was clean and it good working condition. We will consider renting from this location again.
