kerrie wI was shocked to learn that uhaul doesn't give you options for payment. When I learned I couldn't pay with cash that was a big let down. I had ple ty of cash but no credit card. I had to go out of my way to purchase a prepaid card. Then youcharge me 60 dollars on top of the price. When I drop off the trailer I get my 60 dollars back in 3 to 5 business days. To me very inconvenient and unsat. I remember paying in cash just because covid you no longer deal with cash cra,y. No everyone has credit card holders. I will displeased with that part good day. Mr. Romano has to wait for his deposit unsat!

James JMy experience was excellent. The gentleman at Rock House Pawn went above and beyond to make sure my Uhaul reservation was correct as did the gentleman at uhaul when they talked to them. Definitely would recommend and use again.

STEPHEN SMy experience was a whole lot better than how it started considering I was supposed to get my rental in Jackson not Meridian after driving 1 hr and 30 minutes away from where I live. Stevens was very nice and personal. He was very patient, I had to come back to get my car and they waited for me to come back to get it. Overall I was pleased with this location but what I experienced to get the Uhaul is something totally different.
