Lauriejean SReserved a 15' truck for a Saturday and the key was left inside the locked building. Had to call Uhaul support and they got me in a 10' truck that didn't start so had to call support again and they finally got me in a working 10' truck.
Mitchell ALake Mills Uhaul was wonderful to deal with. We actually live in Florida and were sending a UBox to our Wisconsin home. We had a ton of help and advice from Lake Mills Uhaul, he kept us updated when the box arrived and was helped me understand how to set it up for our movers. The movers also said that the Lake Mills location was very helpful. BTW: this survey REFUSED to let me submit my responses unless I answered the question about "Did you have enough furniture pads?" I don't even know what furniture pads are so how can I answer that question?? To whomever wrote this survey, and this is coming from someone who conducted thousands of customer surveys, start double-checking your survey process to make sure that respondents CAN answer the questions and at least offer a DK or Not Sure.

TIMOTHY SI had a very good experience with the gentleman at the store. I picked the U-Haul up at. He was very polite and professional. I had a problem with the U-Haul store in Fort Atkinson, and immediately went to him and he took care of me with no problem. I was really having a bad day and a panic attack mode and he made sure that everything was very fast and very friendly.
JESSICA RHad a flat tire and u haul never came for hours so we spent 4 hours fixing it ourselves. Not impressed. After they said 30 to 90 minutes someone will be there. Marker lights were burnt out
AUSTIN NThe attendant at lake Mills is always very helpful and takes care of my needs right away. He agreed with me that the tires on the trailer were badly worn and demonstrated it to me by having me feel the indentation in the tire. He also noted the trailer was covered in a greasy oily dirty substance.
Lawrence MThe site location had difficulty processing the reservation on their local desktop so tried to use their cellphone which also did not work. We then had to download the uhaul app which took us 45 minutes to function properly as it crashed during each photo upload. Our original reservation was also not available so we had to travel to another location last minute to have the vehicle. Overall poor experience as Uhaul's technology servicing is inadequate, however, the gentlemen at this location and the service representative we spoke with on the phone were very nice and helpful people. Very helpful and professional.
troy sWe did an after hours drop off. It was very dark. More Exterior lighting would be helpful. The Yhaul app also couldn't find us to check in and the bar code as the alternate check in also didn't work well.
KAY GI worked with Ben at Rock Lake Paint and R.epair. His employees helped me hook up the trailer, which was clean and easy to do. I would use Rock Lake Paint and Repair for my next rental.

Dennis GAllow customers to put actual moving locations in reservation so those are calculated in the price so you don't suprize customers with extra mile charges/all other random fees. Overall u-haul sucks and I will be buying a trailer to avoid this scam of a company ever again.
Aiden LYour web pick-up is the worst thing ever. Your android application is crap. Made me waste my one hour worth of time. Also, $20 after hour charges? Why? What's the difference? Why would you charge $20 for picking up the same truck after hours? Why don't you inform customers upfront? Uhaul is not anymore what it used to be. Fully unsatisfied.
Jatin PUntil I switched my reservation, I was supposed to use the Uhaul dealer in Watertown, Wi., Freight Patrol LLC. But that dealer let me down. After a snowstorm and frigid weather, that dealer could not guarantee my service. He put me off from Sunday through Thursday, with excuse after excuse. By Friday I was not confident he would be able to fulfill his responsibility. I then contacted another dealer, in Lake Mills, Wi. They assured me that they could fulfill my needs, so I switched dealers. Both Rock Lake Paint & Repair, and High Desert Home Center, in Ridegcrest, Ca., were very helpful, and offered great customer service. I would not recommend Freight Patrol LLC, as I could not depend on them.
KEITH JI purchased the dolly for $7 but it wasn't on the truck and when I went to finalize the bill I tried to dispute the charge but the app wouldn't let me continue if I disputed anything. So I would to be refunded $7. I have picture evidence of the dolly not being on the truck. I realize it's only $7 but it's the principle of the matter cause not having a dolly forced me to hand lift everything I intended to use the dolly for. Thanks
Adam FEverything is " Excellent" at this Uhaul dealer!! I have been using this Uhaul dealer for over 10 years every time I need to rent a truck or a trailer. And " every time" has been Excellent at this Uhaul dealer. I would recommend this Uhaul Dealer all of the time!! Very nice too.

Luther HThe after hours check out process was not working. We spent 10-15 minutes trying to get it to come up even after we had the application loaded, but it was just more sales ads - no place to check the vehicle back in. We were cold and tired and finally just gave up. We very much appreciated the last minute rental though when our other rental fell through.
JANET KOther locations don't include the dolly for the boxes unless you request it, this one had the dolly on with a seal, the business was closed at location. I had to remove the dolly to make more room for my furniture. I hope it's not a trick to make you pay for the dolly

Paul FStaff at Rock Lake Paint and Repair are very friendly and helpful. They took care of my rental quickly despite my not having a reservation.
GEORGE BWhen I used the Truckshare 24, the app froze and I never got the code for the key in the locker. I had to call U-Haul, then get transferred to the Truckshare line. Why doesn't it just show the code in a confirmation text, email, etc. That was the only hassle.

Gary VThis was NOT the place in which I ordered the Uhaul truck through. I was told the day before my rental that the location I ordered it from (which was exactly one block from where I work)...would not have my truck available and that I would need to drive an hour in the opposite direction to pick up my truck...VERY IRRITATING!!! The gentleman at Rock Lake Paint and repair was great and allowed me to park my car there for the 3-day period that I had rented the truck. He was extremely helpful in an otherwise messed up and ridiculous transaction.

Charles GI pay 95 $ from lake mills to whitewater wi is about 30 miles I think is high price I rente in Illinois to Wisconsin and pay like 50 so disagree in this transaction
