The operator of the location (The Rustic Lantern, Belle Missouri) failed to check in my rental which was dropped off approximately 8hrs early causing me to be charged late drop off fees.

Scott SMore options for truck sizes. I understand we tried to change the truck size after the initial reservation but was difficult due to availability. Overall, we are very happy with the accommodations and ease of rental from this location. I would recommend to anyone with a need to rent from this location. Very friendly and accommodating, the truck was exceptionally clean and easy to drive out of the location.

Beckie LScrap the trailer or put it on a frame straightener. Seems dumb to rent out broken equipment but the again I was the manager at True Value Rental. If someone ever tries to do 55 they'll wreck from the trailer whip and I feel owed for the extra day it took to get across country having to deal with your bent trailer.
matt sI did not have cell service in this area & ended up having to purchase roaming minutes to call your customer service. I was disconnected at least twice. I was told that mobile service to get on the website was required to get the truck picked up. I explained it was in a small town, I had next to no service, had to purchase roaming minutes & the website kept timing out when I was trying to do what was needed. They stated they could check for another truck at a different location but I did not want to drive further out of my way. After about an hour I was able to get a truck but only because a person who had access to pickup location was able to get the password for the stores wifi. It took me little over an hour to get a truck but the truck I was suppose to get after I confirmed the truck number online was not the key I was given. I then had to call back to get a contract redone for the truck that I was actually given. Big huge hassle!

Tom HIt would be helpful if there were some random blocks of wood to set under the trailer feet to help with the unloading so the feet don't sink into the soil on wet days. No big thing but it might be helpful. Otherwise a great location and great service.

Paul WI would recommend U Haul have a better system of calculating mileage. I went from pick up to home and to my location and drop off and was charged for over mileage. I checked my truck in early and with more fuel than was required and was still charged for mileage. I feel this should have been compensated.
