Good experience with two exceptions. 1st. I ordered a 15-foot truck but only a 10-foot was available. Fortunately, we had a pickup truck to make up the shortfall. 2nd, the truck's AC was not working, and it was a hot day :) Thanks,

Staff really friendly and customer oriented. I've gone there twice in the past month.
HARVEY RThey told me in the location I picked it up that I could drop it at a location by my house,( within a mile.) I get a call on the last day, & they made me take it to another location 10 miles away. I do not know why,...... other than they didnt want to make the drive to pick it up if they needed it....,. Very annoying and out of the way after diving 1000 miles, I did not at all feel like it.

Returned to the location after hours (8:00 pm CDT on Saturday, August 3) but did not have my mobile phone which resulted in completion of the return from my home around 9:00 pm CDT. Receipt states return at 1:42 pm on Sunday, August 4. Presumably when the return was processed. Should have been more clear that my phone was needed to complete the return at the site.

Catherine HThe price was really a shock, ridiculously expensive. Having two different charges for mileage is is sneaky. Sunday though Thursday is lower than Friday though Saturday. Unlimited miles would be nice. I don't use U-Haul normally, and now I remember why. At least the under companies are up front with the price. I feel as if I was cheated out of a lot of money. So I won't be using the company anymore and won't recommend it either.

John CThis Location was okay, the guy who needed to unhook my vehicle trailer wanted me to unhook it and that he's not supposed to do that. I don't understand why this is becoming a pattern lately where you pay for everything (service included) and the desk person confirms to you that it's U0-haul responsibility to take care of the truck trailer, but when you meet with the guys who are supposed to that, they are all disgruntled and unhappy. Weird. I never had this experience a year ago.
Yacind EI did get charged an extra $30 and I am not sure why ? Also , I was told by uhaul that we would be credited mileage for having to drive further to get the truck because they had none at the closer location I had requested on my reservation but I don't see that it was really done . I feel you all like to nickel and dime the customer .

Phillip HDid have an issue with one of the ramp pins (that hold the ramp closed) was misaligned so I had a hard time taking it out to let the ramp down then I could not get it back in to ensure the ramp was closed. I explained the situation to the location and they apologized and made sure to note the issue.
