Due to recent rain storm there was water everywhere and due to narrow paved parking space on the right side of the facility had to drive beyond the paved area and into in the water and mud.

The owner was gone in vacance for 2 weeks and he didn't nobody to look after the clients, he told the employ, he was the only one who was able to do it!, and the location was close for to 2 weeks!!! What a service.....

I had reserved in June for a pickup in Bathurst,NB on Sept. 1. Two days before pickup a representative named Jade from Nova Scotia called to let me know that I had to pickup in Caraquet, 80 KM away. Had to get someone to drive me to Caraquet, pay his gas, pay for the extra gas for the Uhaul from there to Bathurst. Asked Jade, the representative, for a discount or some type of compensation, she blatantly refused and offered instead to resolve the issue by canceling my reservation. Very unprofessional service for such a renowned company. Called Bathurst office for equipment such as straps, a dolley, moving platforms with wheels, lady had nothing and suggested I go buy the equipment at my local Canadian Tire. Poor service.

Pickup location was not a actual uhaul place. Only had 1 u haul there had to drive over 1h to pickup my uhaul. When i did my online reservation everything was good. I called the location to add dolly he told me he had nothing there not even the truck i ordered online its a good thing i called in advanced or i would have arrived to no equipmemt on moving day. I spent 60$ of my own gas just to got get my equipment
