In my opinion East Saint Louis has never been a prime location for any business., however this location was convenient it's right off the interstate for quick on and quick off pick up. Customer service was very helpful and accomadating. I can only say thank you again for the extra effort that was displayed.

Very poor service at Sammy’s

The trailer turn signal, emergency, and brake lights did not work after connecting to the tow vehicle. The running lights worked, so I assumed the trailer was ok to use. A friend who was following me made me aware of the inoperative lights. As well, both forward and aft safety chains were missing. Why was this unit dispatched? I would appreciate a phone call. 618. 980.8905.

I rented this uhaul for 4 days to drive less than 10-15 miles each way to a festival. Each day the truck was parked after we unloaded, until I left for the night. I returned the truck and was charged an additional $300 plus on top of the $200 deposit. I am very disappointed in my overall experience with UHaul and will never rent again if these are the prices. This rental cost me almost half of what I made at the festival for the weekend. I am extremely disappointed and upset about my entire experience. At most I drove the truck 30 miles per day, but was told I drove it 274 miles, which is ridiculous!

Sammy was really great in helping us with the rental and he has great customer service and gets u in and out 💯 great experience.
