First I want to said I got check in and after the key cannot open the vehicle and then they told me to switch the keys with other guys vehicle. When I ready to go and they hold me for wrongs vehicle.need to switch the vehicle and that lady was that faults was last night employee will blame on him I accept that and I told picture gas levels and record Video vehicle body again Lucky I did it since they told me that two vehicle was same levels the gas but it's not. When I return it that lady told me the guys went to lunch and I can drop the key and go they will send me the recipes and I show her that picture I told gas level and told her the situation about the gas levels. After they sent me the recipes and I look up there's over charge my gas. I call them I talk to that lady I was show her picture and she said I was wrong I need to prove that and I send that picture to her email and she said it need the times for that picture and I told her there's odemeter on the picture. Finally I got my extra charge back. Need very careful to them if not you gotta said bye-bye to your money

LYNELL WAmple parking, clean facilities and clean equipment. Check in and return were very easy. Friendly staff, not just with me but with other interactions I observed while in line. Moving can be a really stressful process, and I'm happy to say the interactions with U-Haul and San Gabriel Self Storage did not add to that stress and were very helpful overall.
ANTHONY LYou could look at the records of what you did. I reserved a vehicle That was not at the location you sent me to. This caused me financial loss.. I then reserved another truck, but by the time I was able to pick it up and go to the original location of the move it was too late, forcing me to pay workers I had hired to help for an additional day. and extend the truck for an additional day

SHANA HHowever, prior to finally being guided to the San Gabriel location, where I was taken good care of x Manuel, I recd an initial email that sent me to the wrong location. Though I recd an email confirmation to my initial reservation, it sent me to the incorrect spot. I've rented from U-Haul 3 times in the last year, but this was the worst experience hands down. I wonder if y'all even read these reviews, complaints.

NIVAS BUpon return of truck, have personnel immediately check status of truck and process final receipt. The employee stated that he does not do that since he is the only employee on site and therefore does it different from other U-haul site. So, he stated that he checks the status of all returned trucks and processes final receipts for the customers at the end of his day just before closing and emails those receipts to all customers for that day.
Arturo JThere this lady there that runs the uhaul rental place that is super rude and a bitter person. Everything we rent from there she is super rude and not friendly for the least bit. She needs to treat her customers better.

Jessica MThe lady working here was incredibly rude. We had just parked our car, but she assumed we were there for the hair salon and came out and yelled at us. She told us we aren't allowed to park in their lot but we were there returning our U-Haul. We also parked well within the parking spot lines but she was angry that she couldn't back her car out even though she wasn't leaving yet, and there was plenty of space for her to do so. Absolutely would not recommend going here. Awful customer experience.

Masaru MThe representatives were very capable and helpful, assisting with transactions at three locations. From the location we reserved the truck, we were redirected to the Las Tunas location. Average rating because the Las Tunas location did not have specific items available for purchase, ratchet straps. We then had to return to the first location which was well stocked. The web based reservation and truck rental process was user friendly. Communication and updates were useful.
