It was so great to be able to rent my U-Haul Van from a location so close to my home. The van worked perfectly for us. It was a very convenient return. But I would have liked more information about returning the van when there was no one in the office. After a hard day of moving we were all exhausted. So when I returned the van I put the keys in the slot first before I took pictures of the odometer reading and the inside of the van. But even though I had that trouble I was still able to deliver the van or close the account on my phone successfully for the evening. Because it was New Year's weekend the office was closed for a few days. But my transaction was successfully completed after the office was open. To my extreme happiness!
Sylvia SLocation was far for any jersey City resident, also directions were not clear.
