Charles RPicked up the truck without any problems. Had to clean out the back of the U-Haul before loading. Had wood and garbage in the back. Got caught in rain while driving the truck and water started leaking inside the cab. It soaked the passenger and the passenger seat. We rented the U-Haul truck from 06-03 to 06-13. Called 06-10 to see if returned early if a refund would be issued for the days not used and was told by the representative we would receive a refund. For the next customer I would make sure the back was clean. It would had save us and hour of cleaning.
Donald DThe man signed us up and the girl that checked us out we're both very good and professional and very pleasant to work with. However, the truck did make a lot of weird noises sounded like it needed to be serviced but we made it everywhere we plan to go. Merci.

Janet DTrailer was dirty. I cleaned it before hauling my equipment. I have rented trailers from U-Haul many times; this was the first time I got dirty equipment. Otherwise, the experience was excellent. Making the appointment online was convenient, the trailer I needed was available, the location was nearby, and the staff person was friendly and helpful.
Michael CI was not informed about my money being on hold for 3-5 days. I was told it would be returned within a couple of hours. And never given a cash alternative. That money was to pay my mover and provide gas for doctor's appointments. I am furious about the whole situation!

Machelle CMade another reservation at a another location and they where closed despite normal working hours. I was late because of this. I know unforeseen events happen in life but I would have loved call, text message or something so I could have made plans prior.

MAVERICK HThis was our first time using uhaul and was unsure of the return process. They were very helpful with the return.
Kathrine FYour locations are great, the people are awesome. My problem is with your equipment. No cruise control, no Bluetooth, crank windows? I felt like I was driving a vehicle from the '70s. Also, I am only 6' tall and I felt like I was smashed up against the steering wheel, and I had the seat slid as far back as it could go. If you want people to rent your equipment, have equipment that people want to drive.

brian dI would do nothing differently for this location. The service was above expectations, and the service manager was amazing and went above and beyond to make the process as fluid as possible. Could safely say one of the best U-Haul experiences I have ever had.

Keith CTore up my van under to include muffler and told me it was just a scratch until I got under myself and saw that it was the enter underbody to include a smushed muffler. Big liars and rude - said oh it just a muffler nothing we can do. The guy was very matter of fact and moved on made a call to owner but hung up when I walked in. Then proceeded to come back to take his own picture for a claim he said that he could not submit. Just big time unprofessionally and no I would tell people to stay far away
