The gentleman working at the desk was very helpful and accommodating. Unfortunately he had issues with the U haul program on his computer. I reserved the truck via the U Haul app, however, it still took 30 minutes to get checked out and to get the keys. The truck only had 2500 miles on it, but a check engine light was on when we picked it up. In addition, I made the reservation to pick the truck up at one location and drop it off elsewhere. I fortunately I had a copy of my order summary, but still had to argue my case with a u Haul representative in order to not get charged for not returning the truck to the rental location. Fortunately the u haul representative was very attentive and listened to my explanation and verified in her system that I was correct. Overall I would rate the experience a C+.

I would never use UHAUL again behind the scenes I went through to get it let alone disrespected me and called me names in their language which I did not appreciate it so if you really wanted a great customer call me.

Do not rent from a gas station or some other lame location. They do not know what they are doing, do not do anything other than a parking spot. Do not use the uhaul app, it is very flawed and uhaul tried to charge me $100 for fuel when in fact I only went 6 miles and returned the truck with more gas than when I picked it up. I am going to pursue fraud charges against their 3 party check in person. The truck was also used before me to haul dirt and rocks , so I had to wash it out before I could even use the truck.

the guy at the gas station had no clue what he was doing. he over charged me and charged me for the insurance when i put online before i came in that i did not want insurance. he told me i was able to return the truck to any location so i went to return it in marysville and the guy said i couldn't do that so i spoke with customer service and she said i needed to get the truck back to the place i got it from cause there was another reservation for the same truck that same day. NOT to mention - The truck was DISGUSTING front and back. smelt like garbage and human feces. i am very unhappy and will be speaking with someone about my experience.

Well to start with have the reserved truck at the specified location instead of making the person run all over to find it. Secondly if a dolly was reserved but not given then for heaven sake don't charge the person. I ended up renting one from here because your contractors barely spoke English and didn't go check if there was a dolly. We returned the truck with the same amount of old cardboard in the back as there was when we picked it up. We should have been moving things by noon but didn't get the truck located till then, still needed a dolly, got started at 2 and worked into the night. Called to say there were issues and no dolly and still got charged for said dolly. Not ok

Chaos is the best way to describe the pick-up experience. The associate pulled up my file which included the photo I.D. of a complete stranger. He asked me three times if that was me. Then he left the building saying that he was too confused. Then the other associate took over and we went through the same absurd procedure regarding the alien I.D. After more than 30 minutes I requested that he just cancel my reservation and let me go. He continued to click away on his keyboard, ignoring my request and muttering unintelligibly. Communication with him was almost impossible. After over two hours and to calls to U-Haul I was still no closer to reaching a solution. Two U-Haul associates told me over the phone that there was nothing they could do! Finally I was rescued by the Area Field Manager Mitchell Eden who was able to sort out the mess and set me free. All this consumed over two hours of my time that should have been spent loading the truck!

This is a gas station, in a busy part of town, with many transactions. We originally scheduled a different location and it was changed by U-Haul. As we were trying to complete the rental transaction, people came in to pay for gas, buy groceries and pay for cigarettes. We waited 20-30 minutes to complete the transaction. The person we dealt with did not speak English well enough to be understood and had a strong accent. He completely changed our reservation to be a local one-day rental instead of an across the state, one-way, two-day rental. He could not show us what we were signing for, just handed us his computer and a total amount, which I knew was wrong. It was very frustrating. We finally signed and left, and I immediately called U-Haul to straighten it out.

Worst uhaul experience ever. Door was broken, back was full of trash, gas tank was empty, and gas pump sprayed gas... Then to top it off they charged me for 160 miles when I only drove 74. Go anywhere but here.

The location was not inviting, it was a shady gas station off the corner of a bad street with ONE uhaul related sign. The man helping us offered to fill out the entire return on his laptop, to which we weren't given any description of the return. He simply finished it without saying anything and said we were good. After viewing the receipt I realized that he incorrectly input the amount of remaining fuel, which caused us to be charged $50.

I phoned uhaul and they told me to just drop off the key with the clerk inside. Because the uhaul app was down. I waited over an hour for the clerks to check the truck in so that I was able to leave. They made me stay. But they were professional and friendly.
