Pickup location was sketchy, took 30 minutes while he sent pictures of my info to some number to be verified. Was charged 91,54 plus 76 totaling 167 and some change and then was charged again 76 totaling 243.?? We drove 40 miles, truck rental was 29.95, plus 15$ safemove Will never use uhaul again

Good location, plenty of parking

You over charged my credit card and I didn't even have the truck for the full 24 hours. I got the truck at 5:00pm and returned it at 10:00 pm and was charged $168.58. The truck was only supposed to ba around $60 for the 24 hours. I will be sure to let other know how you all over charge for dirty trucks! I didn't damaged anything and have full pictures with time and date stamps when I took the truck and when I dropped the truck off.

The attendant relied heavily on customers to perform functions using the UHaul App. He continues to eat while walking and looking at your equipment to see if he can answer the questions. He almost didn't know how to operate a trailer hitch for offload. You don't have to be smart to own a UHaul service. The Sunoco station is new and nice. There are no organizational signs at a normal UHaul rental location of where to drop off equipment. Just park it wherever and let the attendant figure it out.

Better communication is needed

I am being charged $115 for driving 117 miles when I only drove five and have time stamped photos that I took at pickup and drop off. The staff at the location were not helpful and i unknowledgeable about the entire process.
