Their customer service was amazing. The vehicle ran and performed exactly as it was supposed to in great condition. I would absolutely recommend this location to friends and family.

CHARLES LI really didn't get any confirmation from you guys that I dropped it off and now you are asking me to drop it off. No place in the app says anything about dropped off. So yes now I am concerned. I thought you guys had it handled.

TERESA HTo start -there were a bunch of kids hanging around the entrance area(I imagine they were the manager's kids) The office stunk really bad The manager was wearing (open Carry) 9mm Glock and the man some really bad attitude-you can tell he did not want to be there ... The equipment was old and tires were over inflated (50pounds)

ROBERT AWould have been nice to have a clean windshield. Also, surprise Uhaul does have a basic Bluetooth radio for drivers to be hands-free. Seems like this would be a safety priority
