Opened the storage locker for the keys and the fob was soaking wet . Obviously the inside of the key locker isn't weatherproof . In the long run replacing fobs can get expensive .
WILLIAM SI had some trouble with the website when trying to upload photos of my rental to begin the rental process (the part where you confirm the vehicle is clean and has a full fuel tank). It kept freezing and eventually wouldn't load at all. So I could not report that my vehicle was clean, thankfully, but only had a quarter tank of gas. Fortunately I only had a local trip to complete.
Helen JWhy was i charged $1,49 a mile when i was told $1,19 also i waived the insurance and they still charged me for it. This is price gouging. I rent weekly and will not rent again if this is how you do business.
Jeffrey DThe location was easy to get to with lots of room in the parking lot to move equipment. The trailer was easy to connect and service quick and simple. The open 6 x 12 trailer floor however was slick with motor oil making moving gear in and out hazardous.
TIMOTHY BI had to clean out the Uhaul from the last people because there was a full box of stuff in there and it was disgusting. That wasn't fair. I'm so unhappy

Bradley PThe person at the store was helpful and friendly. He got us all hooked up to the trailer and made sure the chains did not drag. The trailer had sand on the bumpers and had not been cleaned out, which was okay, we had to load a lot of stuff that was dirty and dusty.
