MARIA GIt took too long to check in. When I arrived at the time to pick up the rental truck, someone was in front of me, and it took about 15min to finish that one. After I finished the documentation, the lock of the gate to the parked truck was frozen and could not be opened. After the issue was solved, it was found that the truck was dirty. I scheduled pick up time, should not the truck be ready for pickup at that time?

FRANCES QMake sure that u move the trucks to where they are reserved and not the customer having to be inconvenienced searching for a nearest location last minute.
