The location didn't have all the equipment needed for the uhaul based on what I requested online. And the lady that runs issuing of the uhaul was rude and didn't have any kind of customer service skills. If it wasn't for the manager and her son assisting. The experience was actually horrible. Poor service. And just need all equipment next time. No dolly or rolling dolly.

They have zero customer service skills, can was dirty and smell like never been clean but the worse was owner renting truck did not care at all about it.

The minute you walk in the gas station it tells you as a U-Haul customer you are not a priority. In fact it is printed at the counter that fuel sales take priority. Attendant was slow to process my rental and that of others in front of me and good customer service was absent

Everyone was absolutely amazing. Everyone I came in contact with were knowledgeable polite and just made my move effortlessly.

I normally don't leave reviews, but this time I will. The gas station only had 2 employees working the register and attending to customers. My appointment to pick up my trailer was at 7:30 am. I arrived a little after that and waited for almost 2 hours before they gave me the trailer. Additionally, one of the employees asked me to wait because she needed to help a customer who needed gasoline first, and she had an attitude about it. My recommendation is to have one employees just for Uhaul, especially on the weekend for the end of month.

Have staffing that can speak English. Make it so that the price is clear and concise at the time of exchanging keys rather than waiting until the end of the rental to tack on extras in billings. I felt scammed and will be calling today to make sure any discrepancies get resolved

Very poor customer service. Took way tooooo long to actually get the vehicle. When returning, no one spoke English so communicating was difficult. I will never used Uhaul again or even recommend to anyone.

Pallet and banding trash inside upon pick-up. address was not listed correctly. 5 blocks from the address.

Wrong address for pick up location, wasted time figuring it out. Better effort needed to keep system updated

Staff were rude and unfriendly, very insulting and told me that if i did not like their service to go somewhere else. Truck had a very bad smell.

Update the address location please. The address is outdated and old no longer the pick up location
