Gregg FFirst off, I will never do business with U-Haul again. I had reserved the truck about 3 months ago and I told the person that I talked to that I needed the truck to haul back my late Dad's belongings. I picked up the truck in Dickinson on May 31st and took it to Powell, Wy. I had the truck loaded on June 6th because that's the only day that the movers, that my Mom hired were able to come. Once loaded, I drove back to Dickinson and unloaded. I dropped the truck off at the U-Haul place that evening. Point is I was quoted that it would cost 900 but I was charged an additional 700 for driving the truck back from Powell to Dickinson!!! I paid for the fucking fuel in that fucking truck that had terrible gas mileage. No cruise control or power windows…. Give me a fucking break!!! Go fuck yourself U-Haul because I'm never doing business with you again. I probably spent over two grand between the contract and the gas I put into that gas guzzler! Point is if you work out a deal and price with a customer don't turn back around and throw out an additional charge changing what was already agreed upon. Never will you ever recieve my business again and if a friend asks me if they should rent a U-Haul I will gladly steer them in a different direction! Bunch of crooks you are!!!!

Mark ENothing to do with this pickup site but Uhaul in general--its frustrating when a reservation isn't kept and you have to fuss around at the last minute trying to get a truck.

Ruben oMy pickup location got switched. Not convenient. The lights in the trailer flickered with bumps going down the road. The back roll up door fell off the track when opening the door all the way.

BRIDGT SThe people at the pickup location were friendly and helpful. The equipment was clean but not very well maintained, the paint and decals were faded and cracked, one section of the tie down rail was detached from the wall making it a bit of a challenge to secure my load.

JON LApp wouldn't accept my many careful attempts to take photo of mileage. App wouldn't let me proceed without it. Froze my but trying and that's my only complaint. Also the button to switch engine to tow setting was not always functioning. Thx

Jeremy SI did not reserve a return to this location as I feared it would by to busy. And it was. Be prepared to wait to turn your equipment in. They do oil changes there as well and you have to wait your turn. Between arguing customers over price quotes and a customer ordering an oil change I waited 25 minutes. This lady was doing an exceptional job by herself so no fault to her. I was just cutting it too close to the deadline. This all could of have been avoided if U-Haul had allowed me to return my Truck to the original location in my reservation. They apparently sent that change after I had left on the move and I did not receive this information until I had already gone to the location on my reservation. The operator on the phone at the National Headquarters was snide and unhelpful. I was bumping up against the deadline and she stated I would be assessed an additional day fee if I didn't get my equipment over there now! It just agitated me they didn't make me more aware of this change via voice-mail or phone call. I was only a short distance away but I wasn't from the town and wasn't sure if it was 20 minutes away. I told her it was shitty customer service. Other then that person my experience was very good and would rent from U-Haul again but be aware they could change details in your contract and not adequately inform you of that fact.
Randall HBe clear about reservations and confirm details before giving customers the keys. Also, answer the phone in a timely manner so maybe then next customer won't be out $40 with no chance of a refund.
