Sparky was awesome- he was actually closed when we arrived but still let us complete the rental. He was very helpful!!

Chris DThe cup holder area of the console was quite dirty. Floors of the cab should also be cleaned occasionally. It is a very noisy ride, but I have never driven a U-Haul before, so maybe that is to be expected. The check-in process via the application takes way too long and the "Pick up the U-Haul" link did not show up right away at my scheduled pick-up time, so I had no clue what to do. It delayed my departure by about a half an hour.

Mario VSO-so experience with drop off at Sparkys Repair, 1255 1st Ave NE, Glenwood MN 56334. Problem with drop-off, it is a Vendor. Finding a spot to return park was impossible to find. Lot full. Unmarked lot lines where to park the return. Lucky, a young worker was on sight knowing they had an issue with parking and handled the situation.

Brian HI stated in my reservation that I wanted to return this to the Alexandria location, but I was repeatedly sent 70 miles out of my way to Glenwood. This is absurd. Move your own damn trailers or pay me to do it!

Tom NAt the time of pickup the 20' truck was clean. It only had a quarter tank of gas rather than a half tank. When we got 30 miles down the road the driver's window fell half way down and would not go up. The 3 hour drive was extremely uncomfortable since we are in MN and it was only 1 degree outside.

Diane SOur first Pickup was in Montevideo at Caseys . Our uHaul did not come back that day and we were suppose to pick up at 9 am. The store didn't even open until 10 am. We drove 50 miles and then uhaul said the uhaul would be in Monday. 3 days later. We feel it would have been notified the trailer was not coming in.

JON CIt was an easy online process, but it did take a bit long to get verified and get access to the keys in 25 degree weather. The appliance dolly I reserved was not on board but refund was quick.
Lori OI asked for a dolly cart and did not get one so it made my move so much harder than it should have been. I self checked it out so the business was closed that day so no one to talk to.
