Easy in and out. Great service. You can grab lunch near this location. I would definitely recommend.

Great customer service! I did not have to wait long to get the truck and check-in was very smooth. I ended up needing to keep the truck several hours longer than anticipated and they worked with me. I've rented U-Hauls from a few locations and so far this experience was the best. I will be returning and sending others.

VINCENT OThis location is amazing everything went smoothly. My complaint is about the U-Haul location at 1090 US-67, Cedar Hill, TX 75104. Nesha, the self-identified manager is lazy. I left a detailed google review but to summarize she lied and said we must use the app to check in and we could not do it at the counter. Despite your website clearly giving me the option. She said she had NO mechanism for even processing DL, come on, that's a bold lie! It's a U-Haul branch. She said she wouldn't rent out to someone if they had no smart phone. She cancelled my reservation and called the police on me. Basically she was lazy and did not want to go outside in the cold. Never going to a U-Haul branch again.

Steve GThe truck I rented was not checked out properly before it was released to me. The fuel gauge did not work properly. The gauge read 1/2 of tank when it was full. The truck had a serious tire vibration when it was driven 65MPH. The windshield wiper blades would not properly remove the rain from the windshield. It is obvious that U-Haul is not properly maintaining their trucks and are not concerned about their customers' safety and comfort when renting their equipment. The VP of Operations should be fired for their failure to insure customer satisfaction.

So I drive 40 mins there and back for nothing on top of that it started raining and the truck needed new windshield wipers. The people and customer service at u- haul was very nice although I'm still waiting on a call back from a manager.

Erica JThey were great too. I took the dolly out of the Uhaul truck so no one would steal it. I took it to Speedee early during opening business hours. I did not have to even get out of my vehicle. The gentleman unloaded it and I was on my way.
Leslie SI hate to rate a location poorly, but it is important to understand the difference in experience between going to a U-Haul site and going to a site that is simply a pick up place for a vehicle. When I go to a U-Haul site, they are focused on my service. I can get my vehicle and go quickly. When you go to a location where the rental is secondary, the service is much slower. When I arrived at the oil change location, you can imagine it was a super busy Saturday morning. They did not care about me and the rush I was in. Important note, this is not where I booked my U-haul truck. It was changed at the last minute. I originally book at an official U-Haul dealer.
