MATTHEW EThe employees are fantastic! However, the UHAUL website does not work. When you enter your birthdate year, it says 2025, and it will not change! I spent 30 minutes putting in my Drivers license and info and then could not finish it Also, the photos I had to take of the trailer before leaving would not work properly. I was told I could drop it off at the EPIC stage where I was going... After I arrived, I was told I had to take it 2 miles away...but that was a lie as it was 15 minutes away in a bad part of town. I am a single woman and did not feel safe there. I was lied to, etc... when I got to 3UUU, there were NO MEN to help take the trailer OFF my truck. THE WOMAN employee was very nice!! I had to go to the HOTEL next door and find a man to help us!! UHAUL IS AWFUL, and I will NEVER recommend or use them again. If I can find another trailer to rent, I deserve a refund for all the time spent on the website and all the STRESS. UHAUL makes enough money to have a working website!.

JERRY LNo improvement needed, I recommended a fr I end also. The only thing is the price I didn't drive 30 miles and was charged full price. Plus the gas was above what I needed to do.
DEANNA FStaff was very accommodating and actually helped hook up the trailer. Uhaul's motorcycle trailer is a fantastic trailer. This is the second time I I have rented one and will rent again! Only suggestion is to allow the trailer to be dropped off at another location. I'd like to rent the trailer to haul my motorcycle to northern Utah for a week. I hate paying for a week's rental when I'd only use the trailer to haul it up there and again 7 days later to haul it back.

ELKA CTotally disorganized. No signage or direction. When I asked about electric brakes, was told they don't have them. I had brake fault and turn signal faults the entire drive from Vegas to St. George. Scary, and dangerous given lights worked sometimes, and others not. The drop off location is not one I'd use again. Very unorganized. It's like a melting pot of stuff. Rentals, turf, you name it. First time Ive been disappointed in awhile, by U-Haul.

SCOTT TThe regional manager Dave was super helpful finding me a place to return the equipment and gave me direction on filling a complaint with the corporate office about my equipment and service at the pick up point. He prides himself for being a U-haul representative at stated that the pick up point should have never let this trailer on the road. That's not what U-haul is about.
William LTrailer was covered in concrete, I had to help the sales person clean it before it could be towed, Rocks and concrete dust covered the trailer

NEAL MMy experience at St. George Outdoors for my rental pickup was disappointing. While the staff was helpful-especially Carol, who provided me with all the necessary information-the condition of the equipment left much to be desired. It was not properly cleaned or maintained. I've had better experiences with U-Haul at other locations, and this one fell short of expectations. I hope the management addresses these issues to improve service for future customers.

PIERLUIGI ZHard to say. The service is run very simple and easy to work with. First truck I have rented in a long time so I do not have the app or anything but if I did I can see how that would make it all even easier.
