Angela KI have rented trucks several times from this location for business and then a personal move. The folks there are friendly and helpful, as are the two other U-Haul area locations. Most recently, I rented a 15' truck on a one-way move. The truck was clean and I had no problems with it. They even let me change the pickup time with a day's notice.

Joan FUsed my own eZPass transponder. UHaul keeps charging me fees for 'violations'. I drove through the Harbor Tunnel southbound and then northbound. I have been charged more than 5 extra 'violations' for a 4-hour trip to Rockville and back to Baltimore. Tic-tacky undisclosed, hidden fees. Would NEVER rent from UHaul again.

Matt Jwe were told it was a new truck with only 4 000 miles-however, the brakes were very hard to engage making it difficult to stop- there were leaks in the Moms Attic area which leaked onto boxes and froze them to the truck because of the cold weather-in the back of the truck were extra blankets that got wet from the leaks and froze them solid to the floor making it difficult to remove items when trying to unload

Michael EFirst our location was changed for pickup...we were doing mobile pickup and my husband called and said it wasnt working and was told u he had to be on the premises for it to work..well he went early am to get the truck and it didnt work.He called the emergency # that was posted and a lady yelled at him to tell him he work her and her husband up..no one came out to help him access the truck.I was able to pick up the truck around noon that day and the guy was polite.

MARGARET NWhen a customer selects a specific location to pick up that's where the truck should be. They should not have to drive out of the way almost an hour to pick up the truck. It's really crappy service on U-hauls part. And what makes matters worse is I made the reservation a month ago....I will NEVER use U-haul again. The original pick up location was 7280 B&A Blvd Glen Burnie, MD 21061.
