Anthony WWe have been moving and rented three 26 foot truck, the last truck we rented the door would not shut the cable on the left side had come loose and would not shut. But overall, we've had a good experience with U-Haul.
DANIEL BWas told they could handle my needs but failed to do so. Was given wrong directions to another place to get the equipment I needed. What the reason to make a reservation when equipment was not available?

MELODY BThe rachets on the tow dolly were rusted and difficult to properly operate. The truck was a major issue and a headache. Apparently, the starter was going bad, causing the truck to not start a not allow the transmission to fully engage in park. The truck was in bad need of an alignment.
DUNCAN MOverall reservation experience was dreadful. I booked online and then spoke with a customer service representative to confirm reservation and drop off. The first location was not helpful and cause a 2 hour delay in my schedule. Valley Ave did have what I needed and was able to assist. (Valley Ave was very professional, friendly and great to work with.) Drop off location was nice but very poor cell service to return the vehicle. U-Haul changed my drop off location from my original choice and charged me additional fees for extra mileage. I passed 3 locations before reaching the destination assigned by U-Haul. This experience was not expected and will remind me to look at other options or methods of transportation.

The packers were experienced, took their job seriously, and completed the work within the allotted time. They communicated professionally, worked hard, smart, and efficiently. I would use this service and company again and highly recommend them to my fellow veterans or anyone who requires rental trucks and packers etc..

Tricia PI have no recommendations for the store location. The sales woman was very personable and very helpful. However U-Haul as a company needs to make great improvements to their company website reliability.
Latrece BInside and outside was dirty. 151 000 miles? Really? Trucks springs were totally shot. The passenger door kept popping open, only saved by the secondary lock. Rear door was difficulty to lift. Ramp safety latch difficulty to latch. This truck convinced me to try another company for future moves.

Jamie KPick up was flawless!!! the car trailer was exactly what I needed and was in great shape, loading and unloading was easy, U-Haul even had a video on the internet to show how. Drop off was left open, after unloading I attempted to return the rental at the closest facility listed, and was there 1 hour 20 minutes before closing according to the listed info, and it was unattended, (Ii arrived @ 3:40PM), then the next closest was scheduled to close in 20 minutes (at 4PM), which was on the other side of town. When I called customer service for help they were very helpful, the customer service rep told me they showed a return to a different facility in a adjacent town, that was open until 7PM after that everything went fine. At pickup and drop off facilities the were people were super nice and friendly.

RAYMOND M | Expérience généraleThe U-Haul app, used when returning the vehicle, was very frustrating to use as it took about 30 mins for the pages to load and to upload the pictures. I've used the app previously and never had problems with it being slow. It would be nice if the smaller trucks had the ramp on them, I didn't realize until picking up the vehicle that the 10' trucks don't have a loading and unloading ramp under them. This location is amazing though, Ashley is the best!

Joey CI rented an appliance dolly. The service and support was excellent, but the dolly's tires were very worn and stiff making it more difficult to use. Recommend replacing the tires or dolly itself.

Andrew STruck was not where requested. It was 30 minutes away and I received no notification of the location change. I drove to the requested location before being informed that I would have to drive 30 minutes each way for a total of 2 hours of additional drive time. Unacceptable.

James PThis location and it's personal were amazing and 5 stars. I submitted a location closer to my ending location and I was moved to a location further from my final location. I was not happy that I had to pay more for extra miles and refill gass when a U-Haul location was closer. This is not this locations fault but just an overall complaint for U-Haul.
David RI had used their storage for about three years with no issues whatsoever. This was actually the second time I had used their services. Yes, I would recommend them. My experience with them was with the inside storage units only.
LARRY H | Expérience généraleif a trailer has 9` x 5` on it it should be that size it should not be 9` x 4`9" . it causes a lot of problems the signs on the outside of the trailer should read 4`9" wide !!!!!!!!! the ladies at both ends of the rent could not have been any better .
